| The principal aim of the
transnational project “Equality”(ID code 3917) is to involve
organisations in activities oriented to the definition of the best
practices in co-operatives which are able to increase competitiveness by
promoting quality services and quality work placements. The Development Partnership (DP) who will realize the project is composed by : Italy, with the DP “Equalità: qualità e responsabilità sociale”, Spain with the DP “Nexus rede” and Poland with the DP “We can do more”. The objectives of the DP are: - to identify management strategies and quality models for co-operatives to increase their competitiveness and their adaptability in the market - to develop methods aimed at the stability, improvement and quality of work positions. Particular attention will be addressed to disadvantaged and female workers. - to spread and strengthen co-operative culture between public and private organizations which are either customers or potential customers of social enterprises or not. - to develop best practices for social, entrepreneurial, institutional organizations and respective mainstreaming. - to promote best practices exchange through the analysis of results of the activities developed by transnational partners and exchange meetings. The Partners’ participation in the mainstreaming will be focused on common realization of guide lines, examples and models based on best practices learned by partners. These kinds of products will be used in partners’ and others’ organizations. Central aspects of the common mainstreaming will be the quality system and the social responsibility system, the public provisioning system and the nexus of these knots. Participatory collaboration of transnational partnership will be supported by an effective internal communication system, using such tools as offered by Internet and information technology, creation of work groups and meetings. Transnational activities are coordinated by a “Steering Committee” composed by the representatives of each DP. The most important products of our work will be guide lines, suggestions and proposals to contribute to the future development of a European quality model for co-operatives. ![]() time schedule
